Real honey that is 100% treatment-free and ethically harvested. We are inspected regularly and abide by strict apiary standards to provide the very best honey for our community.
Our trusted beekeeper, Jonathan, is a Purple Heart combat veteran and a proud member of the Veteran Farmer Coalition.
The taste and color of our honey varies from harvest to harvest depending on what is blooming. Our spring harvest is light amber in color, with fruity notes from the blackberry, peach, and locust blooms. Our summer harvest is a beautiful, golden amber color with a distinct taste of wildflowers. In the fall, our honey is a wonderful, dark amber with richer, more robust tones. Each harvest has its own unique taste, all thanks to the hard work of our amazing honeybees.
Our honey is extracted, strained, and bottled by us for our customers. It is never filtered or processed in any way, in order to maintain the nutritional value of the honey.
At Baxter's Apiary, we only bottle our honey in glass jars made in the USA.
We strive to keep our honey treatment-free, from managing the hives to bottling our honey.
Our amazing jars were designed and made right here in Arkansas.
